How can I create an Aggregate Encounter?
1. Navigate to the Workload Tracker as previously described.
2. Scroll down to Patient Time
3. Click “+ Activity” and “+ Aggregate Encounter”
4. Complete the form. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory in order to save.
5. Link at least one client to the aggregate encounter
a. Search for the client in the field and select.
6. Save the aggregate encounter.
