I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps outlined below to reset it:

  1. Navigate to the Coordinator sign in page using this link: https://coordinator.prod.cambianservices.ca/

  2. You will need to enter your organization ID to access the "Forgot password" flow, if you have forgotten your organization ID please contact your organization administrators.



  3. Once you enter your organization ID and click "Next", you must click on the "Forgot password?" link on the sign in popup.


  4. You will be redirected to the reset password popup where you need to enter the email or phone number associated with your Coordinator account. Once you click "Next", you will be sent a verification code to the email associated with your Coordinator account which you will need for the next step. Make sure to also check your junk/spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

    **Please note that regardless of whether you entered your phone or email, the verification code will always be sent to the email associated with your Coordinator account**



  5.  Enter the code you received from the previous step into the "Verification Code" field and then proceed to create a new password in the password fields. Your new password should be between 8-20 characters long, have one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one symbol.

  6. Once you click "Save" you will be redirected to the sign in popup. You can now sign in using your email/phone and the new password you just created.
