What if I am absent for a full day?

A checkbox for full-day absence is available to help you record your absence, setting your schedule at all sites to 0 hours.   

To set absence for the day:

  1. Navigate to the Workload Tracker main page via the left-hand sidebar menu

  1. Select the day you want to record an absence.

  1. Click the pencil icon on the right side of the screen

  1. Find the absence check box above the assigned sites schedule.

  1. Check the box; your site associations should collapse.

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Save”

    1. You must Save after each update to your daily schedule in order to see the changes.

  2. You should see a confirmation notice, and 0 hours indicated at all assigned sites:

  1. Repeat for each day as necessary.
