How do I close an Episode of Care?
You can close an Episode of Care by checking the "Close Episode of Care" checkbox when creating an Individual Encounter.
Option 1: From the Episode of Care
1. Find the client as detailed above.
2. Navigate to the Episode of Care in the clients profile.
3. Click into the EoC
4. Go to the edit icon in the top right
5. Change the status to closed
6. Save.
Option 2: From an individual encounter
1. When adding the individual encounter, select “Close Episode of Care”
2. Complete the rest of the visit details and save.
3. Acknowledge the prompt
4. Status will now be clos
